Happy 10th Birthday Bambi

It's my baby's birthday today! Ten years ago I was wrapping up a slumber party for my 15th birthday and I fell asleep on the living room floor with a small blanket. My cat Rosa was pregnant at the time. Then my mom woke me up saying, "Heather! Don't move! Rosa's having her kittens on you!" Yes, Rosa was indeed having her kittens right next to me on the living room floor! She had four kittens, one was a still born. Once they were a little older and we could see their fur markings a little better, we ended up dubbing them nicknames: the black one, the gray one and the tan one. Bambi was the tan one. haha Eventually we gave the "black one" away to my brother's friend and we kept Bambi & her brother Casey, the "gray one." So, I guess I should say happy birthday to Casey, too!
